TB Alliance Welcomes New Data on BPaL-Based
Regimens Presented at the 2021 Union Conference

TB-PRACTECAL, a clinical trial led by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and supported by TB Alliance (TBA) has found that the new short all-oral BPaL containing regimen is safer and more effective at treating rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (RR-TB) than the current accepted standard of care. These results were presented to the Union Conference held last 19-22 October 2021 as shown in the articles below.
